Sick to Isolation, No 1 Camp, 28 April 1917. Attached to No 1 Camp Isolation for duty, 28 April 1917. Marched into 9th Training Bn from Fovant Hospital, 12 June 1917. Found guilty, 8 October 1917, of being absent without leave from Reveille, 7 October, till Tattoo, 7 October 1917: awarded 7 days' Field Punishment No 2, and forfeiture of a total of 8 days' pay.
