Transferred to 7th Brigade Headquarters, 11 September 1916; attached to 25th Bn pending transfer, 26 October 1916; taken on strength of 25th Bn, 1 November 1916; detached for duty with 7th Brigade Headquarters, 16 January 1917; to be Temporary Corporal, 1 September 1917; proceeded on leave to England, 26 September 1918. Transferred to 26th Bn, 12 October 1918; proceeded on leave to England, 4 December 1918; rejoined 7th Brigade detachment from leave, 18 December 1918; rejoined unit from detachment to 7th Brigade, 17 March 1919; granted extended leave, 20 March 1919.
