Found guilty at District Court held in Warwick, 25 October 1918, of being absent without leave, 14 August 1918, until apprehended in London, 16 October 1918: sentenced to forfeit all ordinary pay for 30 days; forfeited total of 102 days’ pay; discharged from detention, 30 October 1918; marched into No 1 Command Depot, Sutton Veny, 31 October 1918.

Commenced return to Australia on board HT ‘Saxon’, 11 December 1918; disembarked Melbourne, 30 January 1919. Discharged Melbourne, 9 March 1919.
