Proceeded to England, 29 August 1916; marched into Engineers Training Depot, 2 September 1916; marched into Engineers Training Depot, Hitchen, 3 October 1916.

Proceeded to France through Folkestone on SS 'Arundel', 13 February 1917; marched into Royal Engineers Depot, Abbeville, 14 February 1917; moved into the field, 5 April 1917; taken on strength of 4th Field Artillery Brigade, 12 May 1917.

Transferred to 2nd Divisional Signals Company, 26 May 1917, and taken on strength as Sapper, 27 May 1917.
