Military Medal 'During the operations east of PROYART on August 23rd/26th, 1918, Private HARVEY while acting as runner between Company Headquarters and Platoons continually volunteered to carry messages across shell swept ground. He carried messages during the whole operations in full daylight and showed the utmost disregard for his own personal safety.'
