Admitted to Fargo Military Hospital, 15 March 1917; discharged to unit, 19 March 1917. Admitted to Fargo Military Hospital, 7 June 1917; discharged to unit, 11 June 1917 (psoriasis; shoulders). Proceeded to France through Southampton, 25 June 1917; marched into 5th Australian Divisional Base Depot, 26 June 1917; moved into the field, 11 July 1917; taken on strength of 41st Bn, 15 July 1917.
