Military Medal 'During the operations on BROODSEINDE RIDGE, East of YPRES, on 4th October 1917, Pte. HEALY did excellent work as a runner. He frequently volunteered to carry important despatches through a heavy enemy barrage and throughout the day showed absolute fearlessness and a commendable devotion to duty.'
