'This Warrant Officer has rendered most valuable services since MARCH to the present time. During the operations of August, he displayed untiring energies in maintaining the equipment and transport of the Company and it is through his efforts, that the present high standard of efficiency is attained. His ability as organiser contributed very largely to the efficient working of the Signal Service during the operations.'
