Meritorious Service Medal

'For conspicuous attention to duty and continuous good work. As Workshop Artificer he has rendered valuable services to the Unit. By his efforts and skill motor vehicles have often been repaired in the field, which otherwise would either have been immobile awaiting the arrival of spare parts or have had to be evacuated. His assistance during periods when cars, ambulances and lorries have been urgently required has been invaluable.'
