Found guilty, Command Depot, Weymouth, 4 December 1915, of overstaying leave from Tattoo, 29 November, to 9 am, 30 November 1915: awarded 7 days' confined to barracks and forfeited 1 day's leave.

Forfeited 4 days' pay for venereal disease, 14-17 December 1915.
