Admitted to 1st Australian Casualty Clearing Station, 15 September 1915 (debility), and transferred to Hospital Ship; admitted to No 2 Australian General Hospital, Helipolis, 19 September 1915 (injury to back); transferred to Auxiliary Convalescent Depot (date not recorded); discharged to duty, 27 October 1915.
