Marched into 2nd Light Horse Training Regiment, 27 January 1917. Proceeded to unit, 8 March 1917; taken on strength of 6th Light Horse Regiment, Abu Shunnar, 9 March 1917. To Port Said Rest Camp, 3 October 1917; rejoined unit, Kazar, 13 October 1917. To Port Said Rest Camp, 26 February 1918; rejoined unit, Jericho, 5 April 1918. Evacuated to hospital, 4 October 1918; admitted to No 66 Casualty Clearing Station, Gaza, 11 October 1918 (dangerously ill).
