Meritorious Service Medal 'Driver KEITH has greatly distinguished himself by his courage, determination and devotion to duty. He has rendered most excellent service in getting supplies forward on all occasions. During active operations this soldier reconnoitred the approaches to the most forward dumps and later guided the transport. In this work he displayed initiative and sound judgment. He has always handled his teams with great skill and resource. His work both in and out of the line has been of the highest order. By his personal example he has exerted a great influence over all his comrades.'
