Admitted to 4th Australian Field Ambulance, 16 March 1918 (fractured right leg); transferred same day to 11th Casualty Clearing Station; to Ambulance Train No 12, 18 March 1918, and admitted to 32nd Stationary Hospital, Wimereux; transferred to England, 22 March 1918, and admitted to 1st Line Standon Park, nr Guildford, attached to Royal Herbert Hospital, Woolwich, 24 March 1918; to 3rd Australian Auxiliary Hospital, Dartford, 15 April 1918; discharged to No 3 Command Depot, Hurdcott, 6 May 1918.
