Military Medal 'On the nights 14-15 and 15-16 February 1916 during the operations at 'The Bluff' he was in charge of a motor lorry delivering detonated grenades and bombs to WOODCOTE FARM from KRUISTRAAT through YPRES. During the day he was conveying men between DICKEBUSCH and VOORMEZEELE. Eleven trips were made with detonated bombs and grenades.'
