Admitted to General Hospital, 19 July 1917; transferred to 2nd Australian Stationary Hospital, El Arish, 21 July 1917; to 14th Convalescent Home, Abbassia 25 July 1917; to 6th Convalescent Depot, 3 August 1917; discharged to Base Details and marched in to Australian Base Depot, Abbassia, 21 August 1917.
