Embarked Port Said on HMT 'Rashgar', 9 January 1918, disembarked Taranto, 20 January 1918.

Commenced journey at Taranto, 24 January 1918, arriving at Cherbourg, 31 January 1918.

Embarked Cherbourg on HMT 'Monas Queen', 31 January 1918; disembarked Southampton, 2 February 1918, and moved out to No 3 Camp, Parkhouse.

Admitted to Delhi Hospital, Tidsworth, 12 February 1918 (ademitis); discharged from hospital, 3 May 1918, and marched into No 1 Command Depot, 4 May 1918. Admitted to Sutton Veny Military Hospital, 10 May 1918 (abscess on groin); discharged to No 1 Command Depot, 23 July 1918. Found guilty, 11 September 1918, of being absent without leave, 9 September 1918: officially admonished. Moved out to No 2 Command Depot, Weymouth, 25 October 1918.

Commenced return to Australia on HT 'Suevic', 20 November 1918, disembarked Melbourne, 5 January 1919, and proceeded to Sydney. Discharged, 14 May 1919.
