On leave, 8 August 1917; rejoined unit from leave, 20 August 1917.

On leave to United Kingdom, 19 March 1918; rejoined unit from leave, 3 April 1918.

Marched out for return to Australia, 5 March 1918. Admitted to 1st Australian Dermatological Hoispital, Bulford, 14 April 1919; discharged, 17 May 1919; total period of treatment for venereal disease: 34 days.
