Found guilty at Sutton Veny, 10 January 1919, of being absent without leave, 12.01 am, 8 January, to 9.30 pm, 8 January 1919: award dismissed by Captain McElwes; marched into 2nd Training Brigade, 15 January 1919.

Embarked Liverpool on HT 'Orca' and commenced return to Australia, 19 February 1919; disembarked Melbourne, 7 April 1919. Discharged Melbourne, 22 May 1919.
