Military Medal 'For conspicuous gallantry near WARLENCOURT on the night of 24th/25th February, 1917, in establishing a Lewis Gun post in an enemy trench 500 yards in front of our lines. The fire from this gun subsequently proved of the greatest value to our advance.'
