Found guilty, 12 July 1916, of while at Marseilles, 30 June 1916, of (1) disobeying an order given by a superior officer; (2) found out of docks without a pass signed by an officer: awarded 2 days' confined to barracks.

Proceeded to unit from 5th Australian Divisional Base Depot, Etaples, 26 August 1916; taken on strength of 32nd Bn, 29 August 1916.
