Embarked Alexandria on HMT 'Valdivia' and proceeded to join the British Expeditionary Force, 14 September 1916; marched into No 2 Camp, Parkhouse, 28 September 1916; detached for duty with 1st Australian Dermatological Hospital, Bulford, 29 May 1917; attached to Convalescent Training Company, 29 May 1917; detached to No 1 Camp, Parkhouse, 4 July 1917; marced into Australian Medical Corps Training Depot, 5 July 1917. Proceeded to France through Southampton, 16 September 1917; marched into Australian General Base Depot, Rouelles, 17 September 1917; moved out to 1st Division Australian Medical Corps, 28 September 1917; taken on strength of 1st Field Ambulance, 2 October 1917; proceeded on leave to United Kingdom, 25 November 1918; rejoined unit from leave, 21 December 1918; moved out from field, 12 February 1919.
