Embarked Alexandria on HT 'Transylvania' and proceeded to join the British Expeditionary Force, 17 June 1916; disembarked Marseilles, 23 June 1916. Admitted to 14th Australian Field Ambulance, 20 August 1916; discharged to duty, 27 August 1916.
