Meritorious Service Medal

'For conspicuous good service and devotion to duty throughout the period 25th February - 17th September 1918, especially during the operations at DERNANCOURT on the 5th April, against HAMEL on the 4th July, and during the offensive on the 8th August 1918. The fine example untiring energy, determination and consistent good work of this Warrant Officer have at all times been of great value to his Unit.'
