Found guilty, 30 March 1916, of being absent from 7.15 parade: awarded 5 days' Field Punishment No 2. Transferred to and taken on strength of 1st Divisional Ammunition Column, 13 May 1916. Transferred to No 2 Section, 24 January 1917. Transferred to 2nd Field Artillery Brigade, 28 January 1917, and posted to 4th Battery. Found guilty, 29 June 1917, of while on stable picquet leaving his post without permission: awarded 3 days' Field Punishment No 2.
