Admitted to 15th Field Ambulance, Ferry Post, 14 April 1916 (tonsilitis); transferred to 2nd Australian Casualty Clearing Station, 16 April 1916 (scarlet fever); to No 1 Australian Stationary Hospital, 16 April 1916; to Ambulance Train No 4, 17 April 1916, and admitted same day to No 4 Auxiliary Hospital, Cairo; discharged to Base, Tel el Kebir, 27 May 1916.
