Military Medal 'On the night of 1st November, 1917, No. 360a Bombardier Anthony Graham MOSELY in company with Gunners [1970 E.] KING and [29985 C.E.] MINCHIN when passing near GLENCORSE WOOD heard a cry for help. The ground was excessively bogy and the enemy was shelling the spot heavily at the time and the darkness of the nigh was also instrumental in prolonging their search. Bombardier MOSELY's perseverance and that of his comrades resulted in their finding a wounded Infantryman to whom they rendered first aid and then carried to a dressing station. This N.C.O. is a telephonists and has repeatedly shown the same valour and disregard for danger in carrying out his work under heavy fire. His conduct is deserving of special recognition. Awarded military Medal 19th November, 1917.'
