'On 27.9.17 at MENIN Road at HELLFIRE Corner Driver NUTE was bringing a load of patients to A.D.S. when his car was hit by pieces of shell. He was alone on the car except for the patients, who were all wounded again - one having his leg severed and being knocked out of the car. Driver NUTE stopped, dressed the wounds to the best of his ability got the other patient back onto a stretcher and into the car. Did some necessary temporary repairs to the car, all under heavy shell fire and then took the patients on to A.D.S.'
