Taken on strength, 32nd Bn, 2 January 1918; transferred to Field Engineer Company Details, No 5 Details Camp, Parkhouse, 14 February 1918; marched out to Engineers Training Depot, Brightlingsea, 9 March 1918.

Admitted to Colchester General Military Hospital, 18 June 1918 (influenza); marched in to Engineers Training Depot from hospital, 27 June 1918. Re-admitted to hospital, 18 June 1918 (influenza); discharged to unit, 27 June 1918.

Proceeded overseas to France, 24 July 1918; taken on strength, 8th Field Company Engineers, 12 August 1918.
