Found guilty, 4 November 1918, of being absent without leave from 0001, 30 October, until apprehended by the Military Police in London, 0115, 1 November 1918: awarded 5 days' Field Punishment No 2, and forfeited 8 days' pay. Admitted to Military Hospital, Sutton Veny, 24 November 1918 (not yet diagnosed); discharged, 9 December 1918. Found guilty, 29 January 1919, of being absent without leave from 0001, 15 January, until apprehended by Police about 1015, 25 January 1919: awarded 20 days' Field Punishment No 2, and forfeited 31 days' pay.
