Meritorious Service Medal 'During period 26th March to 16th September 1918, this Warrant Officer has done continuous and conspicuously good work at al times. When the Battalion has been engaged in active operations he has never failed to get rations and supplies to the men often under shell fire. His splendid devotion to duty has been the means of adding greatly to the comfort of the men of the Battalion under most trying circumstances.'
