Statement, Red Cross File No 2300406, 301 Corporal H.J. STONE, 32nd Bn, 18 June 1917: 'J.B. Riedel was among some men of whose buria I had charge. He was buried at "Sila-farm" cemetery about the 20-21st July1916. I saw him buried.'
