Appointed Quartermaster and Honorary Captain, in the field, 1 November 1916. On leave to Paris, 11 June 1917; rejoined Bn, 18 June 1917. On leave to England, 25 August 1917; rejoined Bn, 6 September 1917. Detached for duty to 8th Training Bn, England, 4 October 1917. Seconded for duty with 14th Training Bn, 7 November 1917.
