Meritorious Service Medal

'Sergeant ROWE embarked from AUSTRALIA on 23rd November, 1915 as Corporal in charge of Company Orderly Room and has remained with the Company in that capacity to the present day. He was promoted to Sergeant on 14th August, 1916, and has always carried out his duties with zeal and conspicuous ability. Sergeant ROWE has exhibited marked devotion to duty in his long service.'
