Military Medal 'In an operation against the enemy position near STRAZEELE on morning of 20th June, 1918, Private SCRIVENER as Stretcher Bearer showed splendid devotion to duty and a disregard of personal danger. With Private SPEIGHT he cleared all our wounded from the forward positions under very heavy Machine Gun fire. by his gallantry and devotion to duty he set a splendid example to his comrades.'
