Admitted to No 1 Australian Stationary Hospital, Lemnos, 20 March 1915 (influenza); discharged with Shore Details, 7 April 1915; rejoined unit, 1st Australian Stationary Hospital, Gallipoli, 25 June 1915. Admitted to 1st Australian Casualty Clearing Station, Mudros, 27 August 1915 (influenza); transferred to No 1 Australian Stationary Hospital, Lemnos, 1 September 1915 (ectopia titis); transferred to General Hospital, Gibraltar, 15 October 1915; to England, 1 November 1915 (debility), and admitted to 2nd Southern General Hospital, Bristol, 6 November 1915.
