Admitted to 4th Field Ambulance, 30 March 1916 (sunstroke), and transferred same day to 1st Australian Stationary Hospital, Ismailia, 30 March 1916; to 8th Field Ambulance, Ferry Post, 31 March 1916 (exhaustion); discharged to unit, 31 March 1916.
