Detached to 1st Light Horse Brigade Train, 4 June 1917; rejoined 1st Light Horse Regiment, 6 June 1917. Detached to Divisional Train, 8 June 1918. To hospital (pyrexia), 1 July 1918; admitted to 14th Australian General Hospital, Pt Said, 8 July 1918. Detached to AIF Headquarters, Cairo, for 7 days' leave from 20 July 1918.
