Admitted to Hospital Ship 'Salta' (diarrhoea), 5 September 1915; transferred to No. 2 General Hospital, Ghezireh, Cairo, 9 September 1915. Discharged for duty, 18 October 1915. Marched out to Serapeum, 23 February 1916. Admitted sick to hospital, Kazar, 30 September 1917.
