Wounded in action, 7 August 1918 (gassed); admitted to 11th Field Ambulance, 8 August 1918, and transferred to 20th Casualty Clearing Station; to 7th Stationary Hospital, Boulogne, 8 August 1918; discharged to 7th Convalescent Depot, 4 September 1918; to 10th Convalescent Depot, Ecault, 6 September 1918.
