Military Medal 'During the operations of 22nd August, 1918, north of BRAY, when a heavy enemy barrage was put down on our troops during the approach march, Corporal WILSON very ably handled his Platoon and led them through the shelled area, in comparative safety, by carefully choosing the route. When he had placed his men in a sheltered position he went out and attended to some wounded. His action gave the men confidence in his ability to lead them during the coming operation, which proved of value during the attack.'
