Admitted to No 1 Australian Casualty Clearing Station, and transferred to Mudros, 21 August 1915 (pyrexia); embarked at Mudros for England, 24 August 1915; admitted to Pioneers Club Hospital, Bermondsey, 9 September 1915; transferred to Australian Auxiliary Hospital, Harefield, 25 September 1915.

Found guilty, 30 November 1915, of reporting late from furlough: awarded 48 hours' detention and forfeited 2 days' pay.

Admitted A.I.D., Abbey Wood, 3 February 1916.
