Admitted to 12th Australian Field Ambulance, 29 October 1918 (influenza); transferred to 41st Stationary Hospital, 1 November 1918; to Ambulance Train No 32, 1 November 1918, and admitted to 9th General Hospital, Rouen, 2 November 1918.
