Marched out to Anzac Mounted Division Train, 17 January 1918, and taken on strength, 34th Company, AASC, in the field, 21 January 1918.

Found guilty, 15 June 1918, of conduct to the prejudice of good order and military discipline in that he at 1715 on Coy parade after being ordered by Coy SM to number he did not do so in a fit & proper manner: awarded 14 days' Field Punishment No 2 in addition to 5 days' pack drill.

Commenced return to Australia from Kantara on board HT 'Port Sydney', 4 March 1919; disembarked Sydney, 21 April 1919; discharged (termination of period of enlistment), Sydney, 19 May 1919.
