Medals |
Military Medal 'During the operation South of MORLANCOURT on the night 10/11th June, 1918, this man acted as stretcher bearer. He worked most tirelessly and regardless of personal risk, carrying wounded to the R.A.P. under most trying circumstances. The carry back was more than a mile, and he worked for 5 hours mostly under an enemy barrage of shell fire.'
