Bombs from a dump to the T.M. emplacement in our front line near ANZAC, WESTHOEK 23rd September, 1917. This N.C.O. made many trips with ammunition under an irregular, but at times heavy barrage, and with only a short interval's rest, was 70 hours under fire while engaged on this task.
