Military Medal 'During the operations East of Messines from 7.6.17 to 11.6.17 Pte. BULL was attached to 12th Brigade Signal Section as a runner. Throughout the operations he showed conspicuous bravery and devotion to duty being ready at all times to carry despatches through heavy shell fire to the advanced positions. He delivered these despatches without delay.'
