To hospital (diarrhoea), 22 February 1918; discharged from hospital, 28 February 1918; rejoined unit, 4 March 1918. To hospital (influenza, impetigo), 14 June 1918; rejoined unit, 2 August 1918. Admitted to 2nd Australian General Hospital, Boulogne, 19 December 1918; transferred to England, 27 December 1918, and admitted to Connaught Hospital, Aldershot (influenza), 28 December 1918.
