Found guilty, 12 January 1916, of (1) while on active service being drunk in town, about 9:30 pm, 8 January 1916: fined 2/6.

Embarked, Alexandria, for Makrah, 12 January 1916; arrived and rejoined unit, Makrah, 15 January 1916.

Found guilty, Si'di Bishir, 11 March 1916, of (1) while on active service being absent without leave from roll call: awarded 3 days' Field Punishment No. 2; forfeited 4 days' pay.

Embarked Alexandria to join the British Expeditionary Force, 25 March 1916; disembarked Marseilles, France, 1 April 1916. Promoted to Corporal, 15 June 1916; temporarily detached to Divisional Headquarters, 17 August 1916; rejoined unit, 17 September 1916.
