Proceeded to unit, 16 December 1916; taken on strength of 25th Bn, in the field, 19 December 1916. Admitted to No 7 Field Ambulance, 3 December 1917, and transferred to No 5 Field Ambulance, the same day (scabies); discharged, 8 December 1917, and rejoined unit the same day.
